Wow, delivery was super fast! I got my food in less than 30 minutes, fresh and warm! My son loved his American sub and I had chicken bacon ranch sub. Simply superb! We had the mozzarella sticks for appetizer, they were a little over cooked, most of the cheese melted out, the marinara was cold and made the sticks taste cold. But overall I was very pleased and will definitely order again!!

Second time i ordered from here , first a pizza with everything and second time calzone, the delivery time was 50 min that's only reason I gave them 4 stars. The food tasted amazing and was still warm when they delivered, gonna be trying all menu items

Pizza was good. Not really NY style but close to it. Quick delivery. Much better then the reviews I read. Glad I gave them a try. Cheesecake is definitely not worth $5, but overall it was good. I'll order again from them.

I ordered some food around 11:00pm through grubhub last weekend. My food arrived at 1:30am. THAT'S RIGHT, 1:30AM. The restaurant closed at 12:00 so I have no idea why this happened. I tried to call the restaurant around closing time just to be sure it would arrive but nobody answered the phone. My food was ICE COLD and it was also gross. This may be the fault of grubhub...if so, Frankies needs to stop working with Grubhub.

We always order the chicken wings and fries and they are yummy! Also tried the chicken parmigiana sub and it was good... had good sauce. Cheese pizza was good too...it had a good amount of cheese and its nice and thin. Also, they have this 'Create Your Own Pasta' thing on the menu which is pretty neat. And last but not least, I love the chocolate cake! Sorry.. Had to fit everything in and I hate reading a review not knowing what was ordered Lol :) But overall good place. I will say that sometimes it takes long for delivery though...

We happened into this little pizza shop, when invited by a neighbor. It's in a small strip of shops on McNab. It's a pretty small place with only about half a dozen, or so, tables or booths. The first thing that I noticed was that it was hot. I don't know if the A/C was out, or if they didn't have any. There were some fans, which were marginally helpful. When you get there, you order at a counter and then seat yourselves. Everything was clean and the people were friendly. My friend just wanted a extra large pizza with extra cheese for the three of us to share, so that's what we did. The sizes go from a 10 in. small to a 28 in. "huge." They also have calzones and pasta. They started our pie immediately, and it arrived at our table in only about 10 min. There was nothing special about the pizza. The sauce was good and very well flavored. There was a nice amount of gooey cheese on top of the thin crust. The crust was nicely browned, but not as crispy as I'd like for a thin crust. The extra large was big enough for the 3 of us, with two slices left over. My only real objection (other than the warmth) was that as we were finishing up eating, the manager came by the table, sweeping the floor. While it's nice that he's keeping up on the cleaning, it would be better not to be scattering dust when there are people at the tables. The prices are pretty reasonable, and I wouldn't mind going back to try some of the other menu options.

I ordered some pizza from here and had the same experience that many people had. The delivery took a ridiculous amount of time. When I called to find out the status of my order I was greeted on the phone by the most arrogant and rude jerk I've ever talked to at a pizza shop. When the pizza finally arrived the order was wrong. I've read other people's reviews and it seems like this is a common problem. Don't even bother to call and complain about the order being wrong because they don't care. They already have your money. Do yourself a favor and don't order from here!

Really rude and silly staff.....called for delivery and guy was so unhelpful... I had asked about the 3 topping "deal" and he was just unhelpful and rushing me.. I ordered 3 toppings and while I did get the deal price I did not get 3 toppings, only 2... no napkins, menu and they rushed so much did not ask (or give) red peppers or other *usually free sides.....took over an hour to arrive The pizza was ok, cheese was good but it seemed undone...it took forever to get here too..I was not happy but it was late and I did not feel like calling them back , being on hold again and waiting waiting... so called monday and told manager about the 2 topping etc mistake and the undone crust...only to have young girl manager and guy manager be so rude.. Why didn't I call Friday over and over...well it was late...and I did not feel like being put on hold...and I didn't feel like dealing with the jerk guy on the phone friday night. the guy actually said "you are just calling for free food"...no I was not...they could have done something like waive the $2.50 delivery fee....they said that I just wanted free food and to go ahead and write review. so here I am .

If I could give zero stars, I would. My husband ordered delivery from here and the order was incorrect. When he called to get the order corrected, the extremely rude man on the phone said, "What the **** would you like me to do about it?" After several calls with the same rude employee, we finally got a manager. The manager said that she would correct the order and deliver it to our house. After almost two hours of waiting for the corrected order, my husband called again. The same employee answered and laughed when my husband asked if the order was on its way. He said it was. Shortly after, the order was delivered incorrect again. When my husband told the driver that it was still not right, the driver responded with, "Are you serious right now?" We are so seriously never ordering from this place again and we would advise you to do the same. Worst. Service. EVER.

Great food but it's always hit or miss with the garlic rolls! When the garlic rolls aren't burnt and cooked just right they are really good.

Got my delivery order in 35 minutes on a Friday night. I order a large Hawaiian and wings. The pizza sauce is so delicious; add bacon, ham, pineapple and extra go perfect together. Their hot wings are the best wings I've eaten in a minute. Great job Frankie's I will be calling again. Please roll out zeplies.

Honestly I don't understand some of the complaints/issues people have with this pizza joint (being from NY I had to try this place). I guess it's hard to please everyone, and since I am hard to please as well I can tell that I was on vacation and came in the first day just to see how accurate were the reviews and I have to say that I ended coming back 3 more times during the week I was here and everything was as consistent as it gets when it came to customer services and food quality. I seriously do not understand the complaints from other people. Just come in and enjoy.

Took an hour to get here. I could certainly make a better pizza. No one mentioned a delivery fee until the pizza showed up. I'll try another place next time.

Worst burger I ever had in my life! Worst fries I ever had in my life! The burger was Extremely overlooked! it was so burned that they turned it into charcoal! The fries were cold and far under-done! The burger was so bitterly over cooked that it tasted like a charcoal briquette. Actually I would have rather had a charcoal briquette because with the briquette I would have paid less and would have known what I was getting.

Tried this place back in June as a pizza delivery service. Just had moved to the area and had not found a decent pizza place yet. Since you can pay online through Grubhub I decided end to try them out. I got a large pepperoni and salami pizza, Frankie's ultimate salad, buffalo tenders and a strawberry swirl cheesecake. The salami they used on the pizza made it taste funny, so I ended up picking them off. They don't give you enough dressing for the amount of salad they give. Buffalo tenders were okay. I was really up set that I payed $4.99 for a slice of cheesecake that should have not been no more then $1.99. Delivery time was quick.

Ordered from here once before and the food took over an hour and a half to get here, what's worse is they forgot about half of our order, decided to give them a second chance since their yelp reviews were generally positive. Once again the food took over an hour and a half to get here. The man on the other end of the phone was remarkably rude and brushed off any questions about the status of our order. Never ordering from this restaurant again and I would advise any hungry potential customers to do the same.

Amazing!!!!! Had the Italian combo and I went to heaven. My staff ordered over the phone and we got our delivery right on time for lunch and everything was there that we ordered and there was definitely no complaints at all. We will order from there again. Maybe next week. Lol
